As a member of our Retail team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our store.

  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers through outstanding service.
At Dreams, this involves actively listening to customers and guiding them, asking insightful questions at the right moments to help them find their ideal fit.

  • Assisting customers throughout their in-store experience, from greeting them at the entrance to understanding their sleep preferences.
  • Becoming a Sleepmatch Expert, utilizing our leading-edge sleep technology to assist customers in selecting the perfect mattress tailored to their needs.
Sleepmatch simplifies the mattress selection process, and you will find it rewarding.

  • Contributing to the store's overall appearance, from maintaining cleanliness to refreshing displays.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who embody the following qualities:

  • People-Oriented: You possess a friendly and engaging demeanor, along with a natural talent for connecting with customers.
  • Effective Communicator: With your strong communication skills, you will build rapport and foster positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • Driven: While prior sales experience is not required, you should have the enthusiasm and determination to meet KPIs and sales objectives.
  • Collaborative: Every team member contributes to creating a pleasant work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
  • Eager to Learn: Understanding that a good night’s sleep is personal, your curiosity and willingness to learn will make you an excellent Bed Expert.
  • Adaptable: You should be prepared to commit to a 16-hour work week.
Our stores operate seven days a week, so this role will include weekend and holiday shifts. On these busy days, you will have the opportunity to earn additional commission.
