About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Worcester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer care and serve as the vital link between our customers and the workshop.
  • Inform and consult with customers on vehicle servicing, keeping them up to date at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have.
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
  • Offer expert advice on our products and services to customers.

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A strong customer service background, with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous, but not essential.
