Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them to the appropriate services, maintaining accurate health records, and managing appointment schedules effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and directing patients upon arrival.
  • Scheduling appointments and distributing appointment cards as necessary.
  • Processing prescriptions, letters, completed forms, and specimen bottles.
  • Addressing inquiries and resolving issues or complaints.
  • Informing patients about practice procedures.
  • Registering new patients into the system.
  • Answering phone calls promptly and professionally.

  • Prior experience as a medical or healthcare receptionist is preferred.
