Purpose of the Position

The objective is to cultivate and maintain lucrative partnerships with both corporate and individual clients. This role serves as the link between the bank's offerings and the clients' requirements, ensuring mutual advantage and enduring success.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee client relationships to discern their financial objectives, challenges, and risk appetite, supporting the analysis of data from various sources, including investment portfolios and cash flow, to identify trends, insights, areas for enhancement, and additional services to meet client needs.
  • Conduct research and gain insights into the client's industry trends, regulatory framework, and competitive landscape to guide strategic recommendations.
  • Develop tailored solutions that address the client's unique needs and goals, integrating a variety of products and services from the bank's offerings.
  • Articulate the value proposition of proposed solutions, justify recommendations, and negotiate terms that are advantageous for both the client and the bank.
  • Provide guidance to clients to aid their financial decisions, offering expert investment advice, risk management strategies, and updates on market trends to ensure a positive and ongoing relationship.
  • Evaluate financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships, implementing measures to mitigate potential losses.
  • Document all client interactions, transactions, and agreements to ensure transparency and auditability, effectively communicating findings to support product development, service offerings, and the overall bank strategy.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, revenue generated, and other relevant metrics to assess the effectiveness of relationship management initiatives.
