Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Director, including diary and inbox management.
- Prepare and produce high-quality documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, take notes, prepare minutes, and progress agreed actions.
- Manage internal and external appointments, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Support the Director in working closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Manage ad hoc projects and ensure timely completion.
- Screen phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handle where appropriate.
- Manage email correspondence and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate corporate events, including meetings, social events, and charity days.
- Interact with other directors and carry out their requests as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Highly experienced (ideally above 5 years of experience) in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Confident and proactive approach to work, with a positive outlook and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, effective, and professional working relationships.
- Flexibility in working hours when necessary and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
