Sales Growth Specialist

About the Role
Prolifics is seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join its UK Software Testing Practice, focusing on new customer acquisition and growth. The ideal candidate will prospect, win customers, and develop a franchise contributing significantly to the business's revenue stream.
The Sales Growth Specialist will work closely with the Inside Sales team to execute sales activities, identify new opportunities, and build meaningful relationships with key customer stakeholders. They will also develop compelling proposals articulating Prolifics' value proposition and work with the consulting team to engage with customers and qualify opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales activities to identify new opportunities for Prolifics Testing (consulting services)
- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, from C-level down to Enterprise Architects and key influencers
- Work with the consulting team to engage with customers and qualify opportunities in/out
- Develop compelling proposals that articulate Prolifics' value proposition
- Communicate with the Head of Delivery to ensure delivery alignment to sales and customer expectations
Requirements
- Experience with successfully selling software testing services
- Demonstrable experience of selling significant £ value services
- Experience of growing a single account from zero to > £1M of services
- Ambitious to make significant earnings
- Gravitas, and ability to influence and be a trusted advisor to key Customer stakeholders
- Demonstratable knowledge of Prolifics' domain and broader themes of Digital Transformation
- Recent and proven success in meeting and exceeding quota
- Results-oriented approach which balance a 'take charge' attitude with teamwork and collaboration
- BA/BS degree along with solid familiarity with internet technologies
- Self-sufficient, organised, highly motivated, ambitious, able to close business
- Trustworthy, honest, prepared to admit mistakes, learn and with a sense of humour
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills

Managed Services is a key part of our business and provides a good opportunity for an Account Executive to develop a revenue stream.
