Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty process within the service department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control all warranty claims within the department, ensuring compliance with group and manufacturer standards.
  • Work closely with advisors and management to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of warranty claims.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including paperwork and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the service department to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warranty claims.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in warranty administration or service administration within a main dealer environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the 1link and/or Kerridge system.
  • Superb organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
