You will work in conjunction with various parties, including internal departments and external logistics providers, to guarantee prompt and precise order execution.
Additionally, you will handle export paperwork and ensure effective communication with our clients.Core Responsibilities:

Order Processing:
Accurately manage and process customer orders within the SAP system, ensuring timely and complete dispatch. Generate export documentation and compile regular reports on pending customer orders. 2.
Logistics Coordination:
Efficiently oversee a complex shipping schedule across various locations, consolidating shipments where feasible and reducing logistics expenses.
3 Client Engagement:
Proactively engage with clients, ensuring communication benchmarks are achieved. Foster strong relationships with accounts to surpass customer expectations. 4.
Issue Resolution:
Document and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Adhere to established procedures and approvals for all transactions while maintaining excellent communication throughout the resolution process. 5.
Stakeholder Management:
Interact with key stakeholders across different sites, ensuring timely shipments and reviewing freight invoices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in export customer service
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to fulfill customer needs
Proficiency in SAP order management and export documentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
