We are looking for a passionate and skilled Lead Coordinator to join our team at the Lancashire Employment Support Service, located at County Hall, Preston.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing a team of Employment Officers to meet performance targets and contribute effectively to our strategic objectives.
  • Providing extensive support to assist individuals in securing and maintaining employment within their communities.
  • Actively marketing our services to both internal and external stakeholders, including local employers.
  • Participating in strategic planning and service development, ensuring clear communication with senior management regarding our initiatives.
  • Resolving routine and complex challenges locally to ensure the seamless delivery of our services.
