About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Brandon James Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction costs and develop detailed cost plans for projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on construction cost management and best practices
Requirements
  • Relevant degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Proven experience in construction cost management and quantity surveying
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
