Job Title: Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Quantity Surveyor to join our team at i2i Recruitment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for taking on projects at varying stages, from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, including Pre and Post Contract Duties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
  • PQS experience and knowledge of JCT contracts.
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying Degree.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
