Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Tewkesbury. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for taking on projects at varying stages, from inception through to completion. The projects will vary in size, typically ranging from £500k to over £5m.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage projects from inception to completion
  2. Take on traditional PQS duties, Contract Administration, and Project Management
  3. Work with a team to deliver high-quality projects
Requirements
  1. Intermediate/senior Quantity Surveyor, chartered or not
  2. Private housing experience, ideally with some Employers Agent experience
  3. PQS experience required
  4. Full time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm)
  5. Salary – negotiable, between £40k-£60k
