Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CV Library. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for taking on projects at varying stages, from inception through to completion. The projects will vary in size, typically ranging from £500k to over £5m.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Traditional PQS duties, Contract Administration, and Project Management
  2. Pre and post-contract duties
  3. Knowledge of JCT contracts
  4. Hold a full UK driving licence
  5. Relevant Quantity Surveying Degree
