Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working on a range of sectors including residential, healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and final accounts
  • Work on schemes from £500k - £5M
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a PQS on similar projects
  • Prior experience with Pre & Post Contract Duties
  • Knowledge of JCT Contracts
  • Full UK driving license
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying Degree or similar
