What We're Looking For:

We are searching for an outstanding Sales Executive to join our bustling Sales and Revenue team. With a natural ability to build rapport and an excellent telephone manner, you will be confident explaining all product options within ICC Wales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert initial enquiries to confirmed revenue, promoting all facilities of ICC Wales, particularly through the research of new clients in order to achieve the budget set for the event and contribute to the ICC Wales overall revenue and profit.
  • Professionally promote and sell ICC Wales at appointments, site visits, and over the telephone.
  • Engage in the entire sales process from research to bidding/tenders, proposal writing, and contract issue.
  • Implement and follow a sales strategy, using the systems and information available in order to achieve maximum rate, thus achieving budget.
  • Utilize exemplary sales techniques and guest service skills while having a fantastic eye for detail.

International Convention Centre Wales is the UK's newest and most exciting events venue. World-class facilities include a 4,000 sq m pillar-free exhibition hall, a 1,500-seat auditorium, versatile meeting rooms, and an abundance of breakout and networking spaces, flooded in natural daylight.
