Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Executive - Business Development to join our team at The Goddard School of West Chester (Village of Marshallton), PA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide sales and marketing support to internal teams, including product development and launch planning.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 4 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 2 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
  • Lodging sales experience.
  • Hotel industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of business development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
