What We're Looking For

We are searching for an outstanding Sales and Revenue Executive to join our bustling Sales and Revenue team. With a natural ability to build rapport and an excellent telephone manner, you will be confident explaining all product options within ICC Wales.


What You'll Do

As a Sales and Revenue Executive, your aim will be to convert initial enquiries to confirmed revenue, promoting all facilities of ICC Wales, particularly through the research of new clients in order to achieve the budget set for the event and contribute to the ICC Wales overall revenue and profit.

You will professionally promote and sell ICC Wales at appointments, site visits, and over the telephone. You will engage in the entire sales process from research to bidding/tenders, proposal writing, and contract issue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and follow a sales strategy, using the systems and information available in order to achieve maximum rate, thus achieving budget.
  • Utilize exemplary sales techniques and guest service skills while having a fantastic eye for detail.

About Us

Celtic Manor Resort is a world-class events venue, offering a 4,000 sq m pillar-free exhibition hall, a 1,500-seat auditorium, versatile meeting rooms, and an abundance of breakout and networking spaces, flooded in natural daylight.

Built in an £84m joint venture project with Welsh Government, the venue is highly accessible just a stone's throw from Junction 24 of the M4, yet it is situated in ancient woodland with floor-to-ceiling meeting room windows and outdoor breathing space making the most of the stunning environment.
