Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our Sales and Revenue team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our facilities to new clients, converting initial enquiries to confirmed revenue, and contributing to the overall revenue and profit of the resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally promote and sell our facilities to new clients through appointments, site visits, and over the telephone.
  • Engage in the entire sales process from research to bidding/tenders, proposal writing, and contract issue.
  • Implement and follow a sales strategy, using available systems and information to achieve maximum rate and budget.
  • Utilize exemplary sales techniques and guest service skills to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • A positive outlook, a good eye for detail, and being IT literate (Opera) is a must for this role.
  • A top multitasker with a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure.
