Position Overview
Hexa Services is seeking a dedicated Facilities Helpdesk Supervisor to lead our helpdesk operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management and have experience overseeing helpdesk teams.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to establish effective structures and provide essential support to the helpdesk team, ensuring seamless operations across various facilities. You will oversee a dynamic team responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of healthcare facilities.

Team Management
As the Helpdesk Supervisor, you will be accountable for the timely execution of all reactive, project, and planned tasks. You will also serve as the Super User of our CAFM system, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to meet operational demands.

System Oversight
In this role, you will manage the CAFM system and ensure accurate, real-time updates. You will monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and contractual obligations. Collaborating closely with the Contract Manager and National Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving service delivery goals.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in complex facilities management operations, particularly in PFI/PPP environments.
  • A proven track record in implementing and managing systems and processes that monitor service compliance.
  • Experience in mobilizing helpdesk operations and designing training programs.
  • Familiarity with Hard FM CAFM and helpdesk software solutions.

Working Hours
This position operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
