About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Executive Office team at Churchill Living Ltd. As an ambassador for the company, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of their busy schedules and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare documents as directed.
  • Provide a link for smooth communication between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Identify and anticipate priorities, thinking ahead of upcoming projects, meetings, and requirements.
  • Follow up on requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure the Executive Office is a friendly, warm, and welcoming place for all colleagues across the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience in directly supporting Senior Directors or Executives in a growth-oriented business.
  • Highly organized with a structured and timely approach to work.
  • Ability to work outside of routine, think on your feet, and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities.
  • Strong IT skills, including all Microsoft packages, and the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
