We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at uSwitch. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our CRM strategy, ensuring we deliver clear, engaging, and effective communications to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Marketing Communications to create a strategic vision for our CRM initiatives
  • Implement automated customer journeys across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Deploy tactical campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver timely and effective campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customer data and behavior to inform our CRM strategy
Requirements
  • Proven track record of using a Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) to drive customer engagement and conversion
  • Ability to create automated multi-channel user journeys and complex workflows to support business objectives
  • Experience building SMS, push notifications, and in-app campaigns
  • Strong understanding of data management, analysis, and reporting, including tools such as Google Analytics and PowerBI
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
