As the Senior Change Management Leader, you will collaborate with the Regional Programme Manager to take charge of a team of Deployment Managers tasked with orchestrating and implementing business transformations to meet specified standards and outcomes regarding timelines, quality, and benefits.

Leveraging your expertise in change and project management, you will ensure that management practices are effectively integrated into a productive workflow while diligently overseeing the transformation strategy. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders will be essential, as you will need to adeptly influence and manage these relationships to navigate any deployment challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

You will lead your team in executing the technical, project management, and governance responsibilities outlined in the program plan, ensuring that all changes are seamlessly integrated into operations. Your duties will include:

  • Guiding your team to achieve set objectives while managing performance processes, including goal setting, one-on-ones, development planning, and appraisals.
  • Coaching Deployment Managers through critical activities related to their change responsibilities.
  • Optimizing duty sets for each planned revision, balancing indoor and outdoor workloads based on best practices and optimized routing.
  • Facilitating engagement and communication activities in alignment with project work packages.
  • Establishing strong relationships and effectively managing key stakeholders to ensure risks and issues are addressed, and obstacles to progress are resolved.
  • Completing and obtaining sign-off for the Post Implementation Review (PIR) for every deployed revision, documenting any design issues, solutions, and lessons learned.

About You:

You should possess a foundational understanding of delivery operations, with experience in similar environments being advantageous but not mandatory.

Your CV should reflect experience in:

  • Successfully implementing operational changes.
  • Leading teams effectively.
  • Coaching and developing team members.
  • Proficient Project & Change Management, including planning, stakeholder engagement, communication, risk management, and achieving benefits.
  • Prioritizing and balancing workloads to meet delivery timelines.
  • Collaborating with trade union representatives and influencing them to secure agreement on changes.

Qualifications:

Project management certification (APM PFQ/PMQ) is desirable.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00, with some flexibility for earlier starts as needed.
