About This Role

As a Care Team Leader at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding a small team of care assistants, organizing the team and leading by example. You will help them develop through regular supervisions, one-to-ones, and annual performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review residents' care plans to ensure they are adhered to by all team members.
  • Ensure residents' daily progress is recorded and reported accurately.
  • Perform care assistant duties with residents as required.
  • Take the lead in emergency situations, keeping a cool head and providing support to staff and residents.

  • Shift times: 07:00-20:30, with alternate weekends required.
