Job Title: Care Team Leader - Nights
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Runwood Homes. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing high-quality care for our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
- Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with colleagues.
- Assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in providing physical and mental care.
- Administer medication and carry out medication audits.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in person-centred care planning and caring for people with dementia.
- Ability to lead a team and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
