Care Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and leading a team of care professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day running of a defined area of the care home, making care decisions and ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Provide personal care to residents, lead and guide the care team, manage monthly routine medication, and supervise the care team when delivering this.
- Act as a named nurse for individual residents, focusing on their needs assessments and personal care plans, reviewing these bi-monthly and developing strong relationships with each resident.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and act as a role model for all staff, mentoring the care services team and sharing specialist knowledge to ensure the highest standards of care.

- Shift times: 07:00-20:30, 20:15-07:15
- Bank day and night shifts available
