Role Purpose:

This role sits within the Treasury function within Finance, ensuring the business has financial liquidity to meet its internal and external obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all funds coming into the business via our retailer estate or any other channels.
  • Manage the business cash position through facilities agreed with our bankers.
  • Owning the relationship with banks.
  • A connected relationship with the Group Treasury team.
  • Ensuring that our Trust and Good Causes obligations are paid on time.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Delivering a best-in-class cash flow model for Allwyn.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand cash inflows and outflows and how they can be improved.
  • Working closely with senior finance colleagues to bring strong alignment to existing and future processes.
  • Delivering consistent detailed reporting to senior leaders on a regular basis.
  • Providing training, guidance, and support to junior colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Experience of team management and deputizing for a senior manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
