Job Summary:
The Store Manager - Retail Leadership role is a key position within the JD Group, responsible for leading a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results. As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating a positive and engaging store environment, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
- Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to create a personalized and engaging customer experience, exceeding customer expectations and driving loyalty.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Financial Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop plans to drive sales growth, manage expenses, and achieve financial targets.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement business plans, identify opportunities for growth, and drive business change initiatives.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a track record of driving team performance and achieving business results.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create a personalized and engaging customer experience.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop plans to drive sales growth.
- Leadership Behaviors: Demonstrates leadership behaviors such as a plan-do-review mindset, confident decision-making, and a passion for developing teams.
