Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Superdry. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the Team: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Inspire and Motivate: You will inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results, drive sales growth, and exceed customer expectations.
- Drive Sales Growth: You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage Store Operations: You will be responsible for managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and Coach: You will develop and coach your team members to improve their skills and performance, and provide feedback and coaching to help them achieve their goals.
- Customer Service: You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Visuals: You will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including visual merchandising, window displays, and in-store promotions.
- Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Store Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining the store's physical appearance, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
- Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Leadership Skills: You will have strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team, and develop and coach team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You will have strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions.
- Adaptability: You will be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
