Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Job Description:

  • Internal Process Enablement:
  • Manage sales operations end-to-end to ensure team productivity, including onboarding process structuration, implementation, and optimization through process simplification and automation.
  • Implement, optimize, and ensure adoption of tools to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and develop strategies to reduce them, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Create a process and supporting documentation for Sales Op's tasks and responsibilities within the onboarding journey, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Business Analytics:
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define quarterly objectives, standardize business reporting, and create dashboards for the Sales Op's team, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Optimize application handover times to reduce time to revenue, ensuring a faster return on investment.
  • Attainment Planning:
  • Coordinate strategies and goal setting with the sales team, ensuring alignment and focus on key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to identify and lead growth-enabling initiatives, driving business success.
  • Experience integrating and supporting sales operations processes, including salesforce and back-office optimization, to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Owning the end-to-end process of tracking the sales operations processes and customer experience throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or FinTech sectors is an advantage, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all work, ensuring precision and quality in all tasks and responsibilities.
