Client Relationship Manager

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

POST Recruitment is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join a thriving family-owned enterprise located in Horsforth.

As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand relationships with prestigious clients and fashion brands.

Your role will encompass understanding their distinct branding needs, offering customized solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver products that surpass client expectations and contribute to the company's growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with a designated Business Development Manager (BDM) to research and identify potential new clients within a specified region.
  • Follow up on all potential leads generated from targeted marketing initiatives for brands.
Meet the criteria within a designated area.

  • Continuously generate appointments for business development.
  • Document all significant lead communications, including call logs, messaging, and key email exchanges via our CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Maintain and enhance the CRM contact database through targeted prospecting.
  • Become adept in new business development tools (Sales Navigator, HubSpot, AI Chat) to improve prospecting and reporting methods.

  • Assist the Head of New Business (HNB) and New Business Manager (NBM) as needed.
  • Help achieve and exceed departmental KPIs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Development or sales, ideally within the branding, packaging, or a related sector.
  • Proven success in managing high-end clients and meeting sales targets/KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a commercially driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations.
