Overview:
POST Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to enhance our dynamic family-run organization located in Yeadon. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with cultivating and expanding relationships with prestigious clients and fashion brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and sustain robust relationships with high-value clients, acting as their primary liaison.
- Comprehend clients' branding objectives and offer tailored recommendations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Strive to meet sales goals and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to highlight new offerings and innovations.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, from initial discussions to final execution.
- Collaborate with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Maintain precise records of client engagements, sales efforts, and project updates utilizing CRM software.
- Generate periodic reports on account performance and sales activities for management assessment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in account management or sales, ideally within the packaging or a related sector.
- Proven success in managing high-end clients and achieving sales targets/KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Strong negotiation skills with a commercially driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and capacity to navigate challenging scenarios.
