Leeds Bradford Airport is seeking a Commercial Revenue Manager to oversee and enhance the delivery of revenue for its in-house commercial products. This role focuses on key areas such as Car Parks, Lounges, Fast Track, and other ancillary services, with a primary goal of maximizing non-aeronautical yield per passenger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Assist the Manager, Commercial & Strategy, in setting and achieving strategies, budgets, and KPIs for LBA's in-house commercial products.
  • Yield Management: Daily, weekly, and monthly yield management of LBA's in-house commercial products to meet revenue targets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor revenue and occupancy rates, conducting performance analysis to identify focus areas and drive revenue progression.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports to product owners, highlighting actionable trends and insights that deliver measurable commercial gains.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and innovative approaches to continuously improve LBA's revenue performance.
  • Relationship Management: Continually review and enhance existing relationships, agreements, and market routes to ensure maximum revenue generation.
  • Sales Enhancement: Drive upgrades and add-on sales across all commercial functions.
  • Booking Engine Optimization: Work with LBA's booking engine to develop and refine tools for better business understanding and analysis.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the LBA marketing team to optimize revenue opportunities through all communications.
  • Operational Relationships: Manage daily operational relationships with distribution partners, such as Holiday Extras.
  • Commercial Team Support: Support the wider commercial team in increasing total passenger numbers, aeronautical yields, and non-aeronautical yields.

Requirements:

  • Proven revenue management experience or a finance analyst background with expert-level proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience using a revenue management system.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in yield management and performance analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
