Commercial Revenue Manager

Leeds Bradford Airport is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance the delivery of commercial products. This role focuses on key areas such as car parks, lounges, fast track, and other ancillary services, with a primary goal of maximizing non-aeronautical yield per passenger.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting and achieving strategies, budgets, and KPIs for LBA's in-house commercial products.
  • Manage daily yield of LBA's in-house commercial products to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor revenue and occupancy rates, conducting performance analysis to identify focus areas and drive revenue progression.
  • Provide detailed reports to product owners, highlighting actionable trends and insights that deliver measurable commercial gains.
  • Identify new business opportunities and innovative approaches to continuously improve LBA's revenue performance.
  • Review and enhance existing relationships, agreements, and market routes to ensure maximum revenue generation.
  • Drive upgrades and add-on sales across all commercial functions.
  • Work with LBA's booking engine to develop and refine tools for better business understanding and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the LBA marketing team to optimize revenue opportunities through all communications.
  • Manage daily operational relationships with distribution partners, such as Holiday Extras.
Requirements:
  • Proven revenue management experience or a finance analyst background with expert-level proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience using a revenue management system.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in yield management and performance analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
