Overview:
POST Recruitment is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join a thriving family-owned enterprise located in Horsforth. In this role, you will be tasked with nurturing and expanding relationships with prestigious clients and fashion brands.

Your responsibilities will include comprehending their distinct branding needs, offering customized solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver products that not only meet but exceed client expectations, thereby contributing to the overall growth of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside a designated Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify and pursue new customer opportunities within a specified region.
  • Follow up on potential leads generated from targeted marketing initiatives for brands.

Performance Expectations:
  • Consistently generate appointments for business development.
  • Document all significant lead interactions, including call logs, messaging, and key email exchanges through our CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Enhance and maintain the CRM contact database through strategic prospecting.
  • Gain proficiency in new business development tools (Sales Navigator, HubSpot, AI Chat) to improve prospecting and reporting methodologies.

Support Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of New Business (HNB) and New Business Manager (NBM) as needed.
  • Help meet and exceed departmental KPIs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Development or sales, ideally within the branding, packaging, or a related sector.
  • Proven success in managing high-profile clients and achieving sales targets/KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities with a commercially driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness in handling challenging situations.
