Location: Yeadon, Leeds, UK

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)

Compensation: £30,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and sustain robust relationships with premium clients, acting as their primary contact.
  • Assess clients' branding requirements and provide professional guidance on appropriate solutions.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Work towards meeting sales objectives and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to highlight new products and innovations.

Project Management:

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely project completion to the highest standards.

Administrative Duties:

  • Keep precise records of client interactions, sales activities, and project statuses using CRM software.
  • Prepare periodic reports on account performance and sales activities for management review.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in account management or sales, ideally within the branding, packaging, or a related sector.
  • Proven success in managing high-end clients and achieving sales targets/KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities, with a commercially focused mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage challenging situations.
  • A passion for branding and a profound understanding of the significance of quality presentation.
