Private Equity Investment Manager Opportunity

PER, Private Equity Recruitment, is seeking a seasoned Private Equity Investment Manager to join a prominent private equity fund specializing in the food services industry.

  • A team of experienced investment professionals with a deep understanding of the food services sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead deal execution process, including market analysis, financial due diligence, legal structuring, and negotiations.
  • Develop and review financial models to inform investment decisions.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and draft Term Sheets to present to the investment committee.
  • Monitor portfolio companies and facilitate value creation initiatives to drive growth and returns.
  • Generate analyses and recommendations for invested companies to optimize performance.
  • Produce periodic portfolio company commentaries to keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

  • Experience leading deals within private equity, ideally with exposure to the food industry.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, capable of managing complex workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and advanced financial and business modeling skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Self-organized, self-motivated, action-oriented, and efficient.
  • Additional European languages are advantageous but not required.
