About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Graduate Software Customer Support Agent to join our team at Software Works for You Ltd. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them to get the most out of our software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
  • Issue Investigation: Investigate and document customer issues using internal tools, such as APIs, logs, databases, and crash reports.
  • Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for our technical team.
  • Training and Onboarding: Conduct online demonstrations and training for new and existing customers to ensure they are comfortable using our software.
  • Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest software technologies and deepen your understanding of our software.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing projects that expand your knowledge and skills, and help us to continuously improve our software and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Enjoy helping customers and have excellent phone communication skills.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong interest in software technologies and a keen observation and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Player: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for completing tasks, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Continuous Learner: A desire for continuous improvement and learning, high energy, positive attitude, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-Driven: Drive and determination to excel and achieve goals with urgency, strong work ethic, and focus.
