About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Software Works for You Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.
  • Issue Investigation: Investigate and document customer issues using internal tools, including API logs, app databases, and crash reports.
  • Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for our technical team, enabling us to improve our software and services.
  • Demonstrations and Training: Conduct online demonstrations and training sessions for new and existing customers, ensuring they are comfortable using our software.
  • Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and deepen your understanding of our software, enabling you to provide expert support and guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent phone communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
