Key Responsibilities- Support our young people in their daily lives, providing emotional and practical care as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare is essential.
- Previous experience in a residential childcare setting is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to the changing needs of our young people.
- A competitive hourly rate of £14.15, plus an average of 6 sleep ins per month at £55 each.
