About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Professional to join our team at Break Charity. As a key member of our residential team, you will work closely with young people who have experienced trauma, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to thrive.

Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with the young people in your care, helping them to overcome their past experiences and develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life. You will work collaboratively with our therapeutic team to provide a trauma-informed approach to care, ensuring that each young person receives the support they need to reach their full potential.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a patient and empathetic individual who is able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with young people, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and to maintain confidentiality and boundaries at all times.
