Staffing Operations Coordinator

Your Role:
You will be responsible for managing the internal staff travel operations for our events teams. This includes accommodation and transfer management, budget management, as well as post-show reconciliation. You will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service, as well as impeccable operational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Main point of contact for all matters relating to Ascential Events staff travel, as well as the wider Ascential team who attend events.
- Manage the accommodation inventory to ensure adequate allocation for each show, meeting specific staff requirements at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of attendees, contract updates, post-show recognition, bookings, and payments.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure contractor accommodation needs are met, with continuous upward reporting.
- Work closely with our internal and partner CX teams to ensure the online experience is working as expected and in the best interest of Ascential staff needs.
- Proficient in G-suite (specifically sheets and other organisational software).
- Proficient in common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gainsight and Salesforce.
