Senior Advisory Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Kohort Recruitment, specializing in CASS advisory services. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering advisory services to our clients, assisting them in meeting their regulatory and operational obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead on solutions to enable clients to meet their regulatory and operational obligations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Produce high-quality materials and activities for all aspects of client delivery, including training, reports, presentations, business gap analysis, project planning, risk management, and in-depth case reviews.
- Provide regulatory and CASS risk-focused subject matter expertise as required, ensuring that clients receive expert guidance on complex issues.
- Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of the CASS handbook, with a focus on chapters 6, 7, 8, and 10.
- Operational experience in CASS is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the UK financial services sector and the FCA agenda.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving toolkit, with the ability to provide clear and concise recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders.
- A good work ethic and a desire for continuous improvement, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
