Role Overview: Senior Cybersecurity Advisory Consultant
The Senior Cybersecurity Advisory Consultant plays a pivotal role that spans multiple departments and disciplines, carrying a diverse set of responsibilities. This position is essential for nurturing both new and existing client relationships, working in tandem with the account management team to deliver strategic insights and align the offerings of Orange Business Services with client needs in a fast-paced sales environment.
The Advisory Services team is dedicated to cultivating and maintaining significant relationships with clients, enabling us to guide, support, and influence their security strategies. This approach provides us with a comprehensive understanding of our clients' objectives, challenges, and strategic plans across their organizations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Forge and sustain strategic alliances with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to their security leadership.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of the overall advisory services strategy for Orange Business Services, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and client requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments, especially the Sales team, to enhance customer accounts, acting as an ambassador for Orange Business Services and a reliable advisor to both clients and colleagues.
- Design, implement, and oversee security advisory services, including security assessments, reviews, strategic consulting, and ongoing advisory support.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients' security, technical, and leadership teams, representing Orange Business Services at executive and strategic levels when necessary.
- Analyze and communicate client requirements to assist our solutions architects in designing and presenting intricate solutions for clients.
Expectations:
- Extensive and demonstrable experience in information security consulting, advisory, and security management roles, with a proven track record of skill development and success in these areas.
- Strong knowledge of security vendors and the marketplace, along with relevant certifications and industry contacts.
- Solid security background with practical experience in large-scale security consulting projects, complemented by a robust understanding of IT security and technology.
- Comprehensive hands-on experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including auditing, assessment, implementation, and consulting on various recognized security standards and frameworks.
- Strong professional and technical foundation with an in-depth understanding of best practice security controls, processes, and objectives.
- Possession of industry-recognized qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 LA/LI, and PCI DSS QSA.
