Job Opportunity

Kohort Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team as an advisory expert in the CASS advisory business. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering advisory services to our clients, assisting them in meeting their regulatory and operational obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead on solutions to enable clients to meet their regulatory and operational obligations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Produce high-quality materials and activities for client delivery, including training, reports, presentations, business gap analysis, project planning, risk management, and in-depth case reviews.
  • Provide regulatory and CASS risk-focused subject matter expertise as required, ensuring that clients receive expert advice and guidance.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of the CASS handbook, with a focus on chapters 6, 7, 8, and 10.
  • Operational experience in CASS is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the UK financial services sector and the FCA agenda.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving toolkit, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Good work ethic and desire for continuous improvement, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
