Children and Young People's Residential Care Workers

We are seeking two full-time Residential Practitioners to join our team at Yvonne House, an all-female Children's Home for 13-to-17-year-olds.
About the RoleAs a Residential Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young residents. You will work closely with a strong team of Practitioners who share our commitment to putting love and kindness into everything they do.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized support and care to our young residents
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans
- Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient daily routine
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities
We are passionate about learning and development, and we are committed to providing an outstanding experience for all staff. After completing your probation, you will be enrolled on a Diploma programme and given the time, support, and incentives to succeed.
Our benefits include:
- A competitive salary of £27,400 to £29,000 per annum
- A 36-hour working week, with a mix of daytime and evening shifts
