About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Unity Residential Care Ltd. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that the needs of each child or young person are met.
  • Participate in the delivery of training and development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 20 years old, in line with OFSTED regulations.
  • Ability to work in the UK and provide necessary documentation.
  • Children and young people's workforce, Youth Work, or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Relevant experience working with children and young people (2 years preferred).
