Are you an accomplished Marketing Insight & Strategy expert within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector?

Do you possess exceptional analytical capabilities and the ability to provide actionable recommendations based on your insights?

The Advocate Group is collaborating with a prominent Global Beverage Company, seeking a skilled Insight/Marketing Effectiveness/Strategic Planning expert with FMCG background to join the Business Acceleration team. In this role, you will foster a culture of Marketing Performance and deliver recommendations grounded in robust insights.

This position encompasses 50% Marketing Performance and 50% Strategic Planning responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating Global Marketing initiatives, extracting insights, and formulating sound recommendations based on your analysis.
  • Aligning global brand strategies with local market brand plans, pinpointing avenues for growth.
  • Promoting digital transformation by advocating for the utilization and integration of consumer data sources.

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in marketing strategy, research, consumer insights, and/or social media analytics.
  • Experience within an FMCG organization, preferably in the beverage sector, though candidates from other categories are welcome.
  • Experience in international or global roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to discern patterns or anomalies in large datasets.
  • Comprehensive marketing, commercial, and financial understanding.
