Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage internal queries through personal inbox, phone inquiries, and sales inbox, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  2. Deliver fast, efficient, and high-quality customer service, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships.
  3. Develop warm internal leads and identify sales pipelines for the Key Account Managers, Outbound Sales, and Business Development teams, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in high-volume sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  2. Excellent phone manner and professional approach to customers, with the ability to build strong relationships and resolve complex issues.
What We Offer:
  1. Competitive salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
