JOB TITLE: Integration Specialist - Transport Systems

LOCATION: Flexible Hybrid Working

WORKING PATTERN: Our approach is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office, or 40% of your time spent on-site.

We are excited to present an opportunity for an individual to become part of the Transport Systems Team as an Integration Specialist. The Integration Specialist will be responsible for managing dependencies between the Lab and external stakeholders, including other labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third-party entities. This role may involve overseeing complex and high-stakes implementations. The position operates at either the Lab or Platform level, addressing both business and technological transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop a sequence for integration-related tasks aligned with the Lab backlog. Engage with external partners to ensure alignment, enabling the Lab to deliver efficiently. Identify and address obstacles to delivery, escalating issues to product owners or lab leadership as necessary. Serve as the liaison between suppliers (third parties) and key business stakeholders. Lead complex and high-risk integrations that require coordination among multiple parties (internal and external) to ensure safe delivery. Oversee the integration process and implementation events across shared infrastructure, coordinating all parties to achieve successful change. Provide expertise for governance activities managed by the Product Owner across multiple labs.

Required Qualifications:

Agile Methodology & Tools - Proven experience managing complex changes within a business area through agile teams. Ability to foster enthusiasm around agile methodologies, assisting in establishing new agile teams, offering coaching, and sharing insights on suitable methods and tools for specific tasks. Develop and enhance partner relationships to build consensus and improve change delivery outcomes, effectively managing conflicting priorities through facilitation and resolution. Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders and address high-priority issues impacting delivery, taking ownership of critical risks and ensuring timely resolutions. Demonstrate positive influence - embodying the right values and behaviors while encouraging these within team members.
