About the Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated professional to become part of the Transport Platform Team as a Lead Integrator. This role is pivotal as we embark on a transformative journey to enhance customer experiences and digitize our services.

The Lead Integrator will be responsible for managing interdependencies between the Lab and external stakeholders, including other labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third-party partners. This may involve overseeing complex and high-stakes implementations. The role operates at both Lab and Platform levels, addressing both business and technological changes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop a structured sequence for integration tasks aligned with the Lab backlog. Engage with external partners to ensure seamless coordination, enabling the Lab to deliver efficiently. Identify and address obstacles to delivery, escalating issues to product owners or lab leadership as necessary. Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers and key business stakeholders. Lead complex implementations that require integration across multiple parties to ensure successful outcomes. Oversee the integration process and implementation events across shared infrastructure, coordinating all involved parties to achieve successful change. Provide expert guidance for governance activities managed by the Product Owner across various labs.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in Agile Methodologies - Experienced in managing complex changes within a business context through agile team practices. Ability to foster enthusiasm for agile working methods , assisting in the establishment of new agile teams and providing coaching and advice on suitable methods and tools. Skilled in developing and enhancing partner relationships to achieve consensus and improve change delivery outcomes. Capable of communicating regular updates to key stakeholders and resolving critical issues affecting delivery timelines. Demonstrates a positive influence by embodying the right values and behaviors and encouraging these within team members.
